Jerusalem:
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Sunday that Israel is prepared to resume fighting in Gaza at any moment, emphasizing the country’s commitment to achieving its war objectives.
Speaking at a ceremony for combat officers, Netanyahu declared:
“We are prepared to resume intense fighting at any moment.”
His remarks came a day after Israel halted the release of Palestinian prisoners as part of a truce deal.
Netanyahu further added:
“In Gaza, we have eliminated most of Hamas’s organized forces. But let there be no doubt—we will fully achieve our war objectives, whether through negotiation or by other means.”
