More attention than Putin… European countries helped Zelensky

American countries have taunted the European countries helping Ukrainian President Zelensky. Trump said that it is more important for us to focus on the real problems within our country rather than focusing on Putin so that our situation does not become like Europe. Trump’s taunt came at a time when yesterday Britain’s PM Keir Starmer announced to help Ukraine with billions of dollars. Many other European countries were also included in his decision.

The US President expressed his anger about European countries on his social media platform Truth Social. Trump wrote, “We should think less about Putin. Instead, we should think more about illegal immigrants, rapist gangs, drug mafias, murderers and mentally ill people coming to our country. So that the situation in Europe today does not happen to us.”

Earlier on Friday, the debate between Trump and Zelensky in the Oval Office has put a question mark on the relations between Ukraine and America. After the talks, Zelensky, who had come to the White House to deal with minerals, left without making any deal. After this, European countries started showing their support for Zelensky.

After leaving America, Zelensky went straight to Britain, where PM Keir Starmer welcomed the Ukrainian President with a hug. Not only this, Starmer announced that Britain will increase the aid given to Ukraine even more. Along with this, other European countries including Keir Starmer increased the aid given to Ukraine by billions of dollars. This is like an insult for the US President. Because on Friday itself he is talking about stopping this war. European countries giving billions of dollars to Ukraine to make weapons means that the war will go on even longer.

On the other hand, Keir Starmer said that our proposal is for all NATO countries. We will also put this proposal in front of America. Zelensky said that if Trump calls him, he will definitely go to the White House and talk about the real problems. He said that as far as the mineral deal is concerned, if all the parties agree on it, then we are ready to do it.
