A shocking incident has come to light in Florida, USA. A man here shot two people just because he thought they were Palestinians. Everyone was stunned after this incident came to light. According to the police, those who were shot were actually not Palestinians but Israeli tourists.

In this sensational case, the police have arrested a 27-year-old man named Mardechai Brafman. He has been charged with attempted murder. According to Miami Beach Police, Brafman himself has confessed that he shot these people thinking they were Palestinians.
How did the attack happen?
According to the police report, Brafman was driving his truck through Miami Beach when he saw two people on the roadside. Without any concrete reason, just on the basis of suspicion, he stopped the truck, got down and opened fire on them. One person was shot in the shoulder while the other was shot in the hand. Thankfully, both survived. But when it was later found out that both of them were Israeli tourists, the matter became even more shocking.
This attack has once again highlighted the increasing religious and racial attacks in America. Human rights organizations say that since the Gaza war began, anti-Muslim, Palestinian and anti-Jewish violence has increased in America. Recently, an attempt was made to drown a three-year-old Palestinian-American girl in Texas. A six-year-old Palestinian-American child was stabbed in Illinois. There have been attacks on Jews in Michigan, Maryland and Chicago.

It is worth noting that the Gaza war that started on 7 October 2023 shook the world. After this bloody conflict that lasted for 15 months, a ceasefire has recently been implemented. But despite this, incidents of hatred and violence are not stopping in America.
